Dear Sir/Madam:
The Miami -Dade County Juvenile Justice Council invites you to join the Department of
Juvenile Justice and the children of South Florida as we celebrate Juvenile Justice Week.
This event will be held March 19 — 25, 2000 and this year's theme is "Reduce Juvenile
Crime — Invest In Florida's Youth". Educators, Policy makers, human services providers,
criminal justice providers, family and you are coming together to produce and share
effective strategies to provide opportunities for community-based education, mentoring,
conflict resolution training, and prevention. By supporting Juvenile Justice Week you will
help many South Florida youth take control of their further. In 1997 President Clinton
issued a national Call to Action to American Education, which includes all of us. It is
imperative that we seek your assistance in this endeavor. Specifically, we are seeking
sponsors, and in exchange for your donation we will offer the following:
• To display your company's banner at all events.
• Distribution of your company's banner and promotional materials.
• Recognition of your company's name on all promotional materials, i.e., press
release, posters, flyers, radio and newspaper ads.
