AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TO PROVIDE PROVISIONS TO AUTHORIZE AND FACILITATE THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY'S "MIAMI MILLENNIUM MEDIA PROJECT" ALONG BISCAYNE BOULEVARD WITHIN THE SPECIFIC AREA OF THE SOUTHEAST/OVERTOWN PARK WEST COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT BOUNDED BY BISCAYNE BOULEVARD ON THE EAST, NORTHEAST 2"D AVENUE (EAST SIDE) ON THE WEST, NORTHEAST 7TH STREET ON THE SOUTH, AND I-395 ON THE NORTH; DIRECTING. THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY ATTORNEY TO INITIATE DRAFTING AND ADOPTION OF REQUISITE STANDARDS AND CRITERIA TO BE UTILIZED BY RELEVANT CITY DEPARTMENTS AND THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, RESPECTIVELY; PROVIDING FOR A SUPPLEMENTAL REDEVELOPMENT FEE; PROVIDING FOR A REPEALER PROVISION, SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND EFFECTIVE DATE;. AND PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE CITY CODE.
