ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN BY
CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1951 NW
SOUTH RIVER DRIVE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM
INDUSTRIAL TO HIGH DENSITY MULTIFAMILY
RESIDENTIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING
TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES;
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of
November 17, 1999, Item No. 4, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No.. PAB 51-99, by a vote of eight to zero
(8 to 0) vote, RECOMMENDING VAL of an amendment to the
Future Land Use Map of Or in e No. 10544, as amended, the Miami
Comprehensive Neighborhoo lan 1989-2000, as hereinafter set
forth; and /
WHEREAS, the Ci Commission, -after careful consideration of
this matterde s advisable and in the best interest of the
general wel r of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this Comprehen iv Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, TIQREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, F OINDA:
