HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-01-1327J-01-1103 12/13/01 a� RESOLUTION NO. 13 2 7 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND ZONING TO DEVELOP DESIGN ALTERNATIVES TO THE MASTER PLAN FOR THE PROPOSED LITTLE HAITI FIRST CLASS PARK; DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) TO SOLICIT FOR A LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL FIRM TO IMPLEMENT THE MASTER PLAN FOR THE PARK, AT AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $75,000. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Manager is directed to instruct the Department of Planning and Zoning to develop design alternatives to the master plan for the proposed Little Haiti First Class Park in Little Haiti. Section 2. The City Manager is directed to issue a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit for a landscape architectural firm to implement the master plan for the park, at an amount not to exceed $75,000.
