A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION
DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE
DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND ZONING TO DEVELOP
DESIGN ALTERNATIVES TO THE MASTER PLAN FOR
THE PROPOSED LITTLE HAITI FIRST CLASS PARK;
DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO ISSUE A
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) TO SOLICIT
FOR A LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL FIRM TO
IMPLEMENT THE MASTER PLAN FOR THE PARK, AT
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $75,000.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is directed to instruct
the Department of Planning and Zoning to develop design
alternatives to the master plan for the proposed Little Haiti
First Class Park in Little Haiti.
Section 2. The City Manager is directed to issue a
Request For Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit for a landscape
architectural firm to implement the master plan for the park, at
an amount not to exceed $75,000.

Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption and signature of the MayorY

1� If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at
the end of ten calendar days from the date it was passed and adopted. if
the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become effective immediately
upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
