A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION ACCEPTING DONATIONS FROM THE COCONUT GROVE TREE MAN TRUST OF (1) FUNDS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,710, TO COVER THE REGISTRATION COSTS FOR NINETEEN CITY OF MIAMI EMPLOYEES TO ATTEND A SEMINAR, AND (2) THE ACQUISITION, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION 01. NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CI'T'Y ATTORNEY, FOR ACCEPTANCE OF SAID DONATIONS. BE IT RESOLVED HY. THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLOR:I:JA : Section 1. The donation from the Coconut Grove Tree Man 'frust of funds, in the amount of $1,710, to cover the registration costs for nineteen City of Miami employees to attend a seminar at Miami -Dade Community College, enli zl.gid "Pruning Trees for Safety, Health, and Aesthetics", is accepted. CITY CODDUSSIOM MEETING OF SEP 2 5 2091 Resolu:ro„ 140. Section 2. The donation of the acquisition, delivery and installation of trees from the Coconut Grove Tree Man Trust as desianated herein, at an approximate value. of $5,568, is accepted: Three Gumbo Limbo Trees to be planted at the dog park section of Kennedy Park. One Gumbo Limbo Tree to be planted at the dog park section of Blanche Dark. Two Mahogany Trees and Two Oak Trees to be planted at the children's section of. Blanche Park.. Six Gumbo Limbo Trees to be planted in the public right-of-way. Section 3. The City. Manager is authorizedil t -o issue the appropriate permits for placement of said donations and to execute the necessary documents, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, for acceptance of said donations. Section 4.
