A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION ACCEPTING THE DONATION FROM THE COCONUT GROVE TREE MAN TRUST OF THE ACQULSI'!'ION, DELIVERY A.NID TNSTALLATTON OF TREES, SHRUBBERY AND A BENCH TO BE PLACED IN THE PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF- WAY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PLAZA STREET AND PALM AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA; DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO ISSUE THE APPROPRIA'T'E PERMITS ICOR PLACEMENT OF' SAID DONATIONS AND TO EXECUTE THE NECF..SSARY DOCUMENTS, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, FOR ACCEPTANCE OF SAID DONA'T'IONS. 13E IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The donation from the Grove Tree Man 'frust of the acquisition, delivery and installation of urees, shrubbery and a berich to be placed in the public rights-of-way located at the Southwest cornea of. Plaza Street and Palm Avenue, Miami, Florida, is accepted. Section 2.
