BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMLSSION OF 'PHE CITY OF MIAM'r,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The co-sponsorship of a youL-h prayer vigil
sponsored by the NAACP Youth Council ("Orga;n.zer") to be held on
September 30, 2001, at Bayfront Park, provided it does riot
conf.l.ict with any other_ scheduled event, is approved.
Section 2. The waiver of all fees by Bayfront Park
Management Trust is authorized.

passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it
