A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CI`T'Y COMMISSION
DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO ADVERTISE IN
NEWSPAPERS OF NATIONAL !CIRCULATION, THE
NAME, CORPORATE IDEN'T'ITY AND ANY OTHER
PERTINENT INFORMATION RELATED TO VIOLATIONS
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI OUTDOOR ADVERTISING
REGULATIONS FOR PURPOSES OF SOLICITING
INFORMA'T'ION FROM GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES
REGARDING SIMILAR OR RELA'T'ED VIOLATIONS.
BE 7T RESOLVED BY THE COMMTSSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Attorney is directed to advertise
in newspapers
of
national circulation, the name, corporate
identity and
any other_ pertinent information
related to
violations of
the
City of Miami outdoor advertising
regulations
for. purposes
of
soliciting information from
governmeni:al
agencies regarding
similar or related violations.

This Resolution

become effective
immediately
upon
its adoption and signature
of
