INITIATE THE STEPS NECESSARY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING FOR THE AREA LOCATED WI`T'HIN
DISTRICT 5, WEST OF NORTHWEST 7TH AVENUE,
EAST OF NORTHWEST 2OTI' AVENUE, NOR'T'H OF
NORTHWEST 10""' STREET AND SOUTH OF NORTHWEST
20TH STREET, GENERALLY KNOWN AS "HIGH'LAND
PARK" FROM "R-4 MULTIFAMILY HIGH-DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL" TO "R-1 SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL."
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is directed to immediately
initiate the steps necessary to change the zoning for an area
located within District 5, west of Northwest 7th Avenue, east of
Northwest 20th Avenue, North of. Northwest 10" Street and south of
Northwest 20th Street, generally known as "Highland Park" from
"R-4 Multifamily High -Density Residential" to "R-1 Single Family
Residential."

Section 2. This Resolution shall. become effective
immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.i/
