A O i ah 757 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION DECLARING AN EXEMPTION FROM THE PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS CONTAINED IN SECTION 36-4 (a) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, AS THEY RELATE TO THE LEVEL AND HOURS OF NOISE RESULTING FROM A WEDDING CELEBRATION SCHEDULED FOR OCTOBER 19, 2001, AT 4055 DOUGLAS ROAD, MIAMI, FLORIDA, WITH THE CONDITION THAT SHOULD NEIGI•IBORS COMPLAIN, THE DEPARTMENT OF POLICE WILL FOLLOW USUAL PROCEDURES. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. An exemption is declared from the prohibitions and restrictions contained in Section 36-4(a) of the Code of. the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, as they relate to the level and hours of noise resulting from a wedding celebration scheduled for. FMCLgSi1RE.S• My office has been contacted by Rosario Kennedy & Associates on behalf of Ela Cisneros to request an extension on October 19, 2001 of the City's noise ordinance, which prohibits music after 11:00 pm. Mrs. Cisneros will be celebrating the wedding of her daughter at 4055 Douglas Road and gives her personal assurance that no heavily amplified music will be played. Mrs. Cisneros would like to extend the patty until 4:00 am. Her daughter, Maritza, will be married on the property on October 19, 2001. Mrs. Cisneros is cognizant of respecting her neighbors' privacy and comfort.
