AN AGREEMENT, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY AT'T'ORNEY, FOR SAID PURPOSE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The bid of Florida Lemark Corporation, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder pursuant to Invitation for Bids No. 00-01-155, dated May 1"7, 2001, in the proposed amount of $43,000, for the project entitled "Miami. Cr JUL m" M2r09i Room" 01- 663 Police - South District Substation - Precast Concrete Restoration, B-6370", for the total base bid 1-4, based on the lump sum, is accepted at the price stated herein. Section 2. The total estimated project costs of $50,150 are allocated from the General Fund, Account Code No. 001000.250201.6.670, as appropriated by the Annual Appropriations Ordinance, as amended. Total project costs consist of $43,000 for contract costs and $7,150 for estimated expenses incurred by the City. Section 3. The City Manager is authorizedll to execute an agreement, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, with Florida 1.emark Corporation for the project. Section 4.
