']'his board was restructured by Ordinance 11982 on October 26, 2000; two original appointments remain to be made. Additionally three members have exceeded the number of absences allowed by the Code: • Vice Chairman Gort has one nomination for vacant seat. • Mayor Carollo has one appointment to make for vacant seat. • Commissioner Teele has one nomination for seat currently held by Pinky Sands, who has exceeded the number of absences allowed by the Code and has stated that she does not wish to serve as a member. • Commissioner Winton has one nomination for seat currently held by Marlene Bastien, who has exceeded the number of absences allowed by the Code. • Commissioner Sanchez has one nomination for seat currently held by Rosa Armesto, who has exceeded the number of absences allowed by the Code and has stated that she cannot serve at this time. For your information, attached please find a copy of the current membership of said board.
