Pursuant to City Code Section 2-35, the Mayor and each Commissioner shall be considered for appointment to an authority, board or committee before the Mayor or any one Commissioner shall have served a consecutive term; however, there shall be no prohibition against the Mayor or any Commissioner from being reappointed to serve consecutive terms.
