HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-01-0419e J-01-408 5/10/01 RESOLUTION N0. -# 1 41. 9 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AUTHORIZING A GRANT, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $30,000, TO THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TO ASSIST WITH THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE FREEDOM TOWER BUILDING RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY ON MAY 19, 2001, ORGANIZED BY THE CUBAN NATIONAL FOUNDATION; ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM AN ACCOUNT TO BE IDENTIFIED BY THE CITY MANAGER. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. A grant, in an amount not to exceed $30,000, to the Downtown Development Authority to assist with the coats associated with the Freedom Tower Building Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on May 19, 2001, organized by the Cuban National Foundation, is authorized, with funds allocated from an account to be identified by the City Manager.
