A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, THROUGH THE
OFFICE OF ASSET MANAGEMENT, TO PROVIDE
ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO
THE CITY OF MIAMI SOUTHEAST OVERTOWN PARK
WEST COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (THE
"SEOPW CRA") AND THE OMNI COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (THE "OMNI CRA") FOR
THE DISPOSITION OF APPROVED CRA -OWNED REAL
AND PERSONAL PROPERTY, AND LEASEHOLD
INTERESTS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CRA GUIDELINES
AND PROCEDURES, AND CONTINGENT UPON
REIMBURSEMENT BY BOTH CRAS TO THE CITY OF
MIAMI FOR ALL COSTS AND EXPENSES INCURRED
FOR SUCH ASSISTANCE.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Southeast Overtown Park West
Community Redevelopment Agency (the "SEOPW CRA") and the Omni
Redevelopment Agency (the "Omni CRA") requested administrative
and technical assistance with respect to the disposition of real
and personal property and leasehold interests owned by the SEOPW
CRA and Omni CRA;
WHEREAS, the City of Miami's Office of Asset Management is
able to provide such assistance provided the City of Miami is
reimbursed for all costs and expenses incurred, which shall
include, without limitation, solicitation of bids, advertising
sales, obtaining appraisals and all other related matters;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the
Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by reference and
incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The City Manager, through the Office of
Asset Management, is authorized to provide administrative and
technical assistance to the SEOPW CRA and the Omni CRA for the
disposition of approved CRA -owned real and personal property,
and leasehold interests, including, without limitation,
solicitation of bids, advertising sales, obtaining appraisals
and all other related matters, in accordance with the CRA's
guidelines and procedures, and contingent upon reimbursement by
both CRAS to the City of Miami for all costs and expenses
incurred for such assistance.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.11
1� If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective
at the end of ten calendar days from the date it was passed and
adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become
effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
