BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Enclosed please find a copy of a duly signed contract which needs to be signed and executed by you along with a copy of a "Participant's Event Report". This should be copied into your letterhead or denoting your organization, instead of Enterprise Florida's heading. This report has to be completely filled out by each of the event participants, showing the amount of business generated from the event. This is a must requirement in order for us to reimburse for expenses incurred, since it ensures participation and benefits accomplished by participating in the trade show.
