Re: EFI Certified Trade Event Agreement
Dear Mr. Merilus:
It is with great pleasure to inform you that your application for a grant in the amount of
$7,500.00 under Enterprise Florida's Certified Trade Event Program to conduct an
Export Marketing Trade Mission to Jacmel, Haiti has been approved, contingent on
EFI's availability of Certified Trade Event Funding for fiscal year 2001/2002.
Enclosed please find a copy of a duly signed contract which needs to be signed and
executed by you along with a copy of a "Participant's Event Report". This should be
copied into your letterhead or denoting your organization, instead of Enterprise Florida's
heading. This report has to be completely filled out by each of the event participants,
showing the amount of business generated from the event. This is a must requirement
in order for us to reimburse for expenses incurred, since it ensures participation and
benefits accomplished by participating in the trade show. I will also need a Synopsis list
of participants with compilations of the following: number of appointments for each
participant with actual sales & projected sales, extracted from the participants report.
Please return the original executed Certified Trade Event Agreement and don't hesitate
contacting me should you require additional information.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
