BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The contract has a term of one year, with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods at the annual rate of $26,199.60. Funding is available from the operating budget of Miamarina, Account Code No. 413000.350505.340. BACKGROUND Custodial services are required at Miamarina at Bayside on a daily basis to provide restroom cleaning services and trash removal. These services are necessary to maintain the facilities in a sanitary and professional manner for Marina customers and guests. The Purchasing Department has analyzed the bids received pursuant to Bid No. 99-00-261. Fifty- six bids were distributed, and three responses were received.
