BACKGROUND: For the past twenty-three (23) years, the Department of Parks. and Recreation - Programs for Persons with Disabilities has received funds from the State of Florida Department of Children and Families. Since 1993, the State of Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration Medicaid Program Development has provided grant funds for this Program.
