BE IT ORDAINED BY TMt M MMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Future Land Use Map of Ordinance No. 10544, as amend the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan 1,989-2000, is amen by ch ging the land use designation from ".Single Famil Re ' entia to "Major Institutional., Public Facilities, Tran tation and Utilities" for the properties located at approxi ately 2511 and 2543 Southwest 6th Street and 501 So est th Avenue, Miami, Florida, more particularly describ Q17 49, 50, 51, 52 and 53, BEACOM MANOR SUBDIVISION, Book S at Page 121 of the Public Records of M ami -Dade County, Florida.
