This information is fed into the company's database to keep a record of the structures installed outdoors by the company since their manufacturing date. 1.7 Itineraries The Operations Base plans the routes for the UBM work. The itinerary's pian is based on optimizing the working time and reducing delays caused by traffic flow. This planning considers situations such as the traffic density on different streets at different hours of the day, whether or not the streets are one way or two-way, on knowledge of each city's specific characteristics such as crowded places, pollution rate, frequency with which elements suffer vandalism, etc. These analyses are carried out through the software system of the Operative Division, where all the company's work on the elements is recorded to maintain perfect working conditions on a daily basis. Each team has a portable terminal where the tasks done and the replacement material used are loaded. This is then recorded into the database and, the information acquired • is used to plan the itineraries -- since it is possible to determine the frequency of the maintenance tasks on each element. Other factors that ruin appearance are, frequent scribbling, graffiti and stickers on part of pedestrians. s • 0 Experience shows us that there are areas where each of these inconveniences prevail in relation to the ethers, or is more often seen, due to a higher or lower concentration of the agents causing the damage. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an adequate strategy that takes into account the above factors in order to organize systematic cleaning actions for the benches and its surrounding area. As an example, we can say that the full cleaning of a public bench demands the work of two people for approximately thirty minutes.
