[Note: See Motion No. 01-366.] ITEM 7 A MOTION DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO M-01-365 PROCEED WITH THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MOVED: SANCHEZ GRANTS PROJECT FOR THE COMMERCIAL SECONDED: WINTON BUSINESS DISTRICT DOWNTOWN AND TO UNANIMOUS WORK WITH THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE INCENTIVES TO STIMULATE BUSINESS IN SAID AREA.
