ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION
ESTABLISHING A NEW SPECIAL REVENUE FUND
ENTITLED: "MIAMI'S PHOTOGRAPHIC COLLECTION
PROJECT: 1940 THROUGH 1980" AND
APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,000,
CONSISTING OF A GRANT ADMINISTERED BY THE
FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF STATE, DIVISION OF
LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SERVICES;
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT THE
GRANT AND TO EXECUTE ANY NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY
ATTORNEY; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION
AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Miami's Photographic Collection Project, a
collaborative initiative between the City and the Historical
Museum of Southern Florida which brings tog%(er public and

organizes and makes accessible arc ection of historical
photographs
