AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION ESTABLISHING INITIAL RESOURCES AND INITIAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR A SPECIAL REVENUE FUND ENTITLED: "WYNWOOD/HIDTA CRIME AND DRUG DEMAND REDUCTION PROGRAM FUND," AND APPROPRIATING $42,000 TO SAID FUND, CONSISTING OF A GRANT FROM THE SOUTH FLORIDA HIGH INTENSITY DRUG TRAFFICKING AREA (HIDTA) CRIME AND DRUG DEMAND REDUCTION PROGRAM; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT SAID GRANT AND TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE GRANT; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
