Request for Communication
Technician for Special Commission
REFERENCES Meeting
ENCLOSURES:
There will be a special City Commission meeting on the proposed Marlins Stadium on Thursday,
March 15, 2001 at 2 p.m. at the Manuel Artime Community Center, 901 S.W. 1 Street.
We respectfully request that you direct two Communication Technicians to set up (1) audio
equipment to record the proceedings and (2) adequate microphones to include members of the
Commission (5), staff (6), and audience participation (1). Please take into consideration that our
recorder previously used for meetings outside City Hall Chambers is no longer working. The
technicians need to take the recorder in City Hall Chambers and connect it at the Artime
Center. We further request that said individuals be present during the meeting to ascertain that the
recording equipment will function properly and dismantle said equipment and the end of the
meeting.
