ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN BY CHANGING
THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3601 BIRD ROAD
(A/K/A 2974 SOUTHWEST 36TH AVENUE), MIAMI
FLORIDA, FROM "RESIDENTIAL DUPLEX" TO
"GENERAL COMMERCIAL"; MAKING FINDINGS;
DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES;
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of
November 15, 2000, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 66-00, by a vote of seven to zero
(7-0), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of air endment to the Future Land
Use Map of Ordinance No. 1O-Y
