HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-02-1329J-02-1070 12/12/02 RESOLUTION NO.(')2-1329 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, WITH 3DI MEDIA, INC., FOR THE INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SIGNS FOR INDOOR PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS ("PSAs") FOR THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION, SUCH SIGNS TO BE INSTALLED IN EIGHT CITY PARKS FOR A PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS, AND FOR WHICH THE CITY WILL RECEIVE $300 FOR EACH PSA LOCATION. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Manager is authorizedil to execute an agreement, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, with 3DI Media, Inc. for the installation, operation and maintenance of signs for indoor public service announcements ("PSAs") for 21 The herein authorization is further subject to compliance with all requirements that may be imposed by the City Attorney, including but not limited to those prescribed by applicable City Charter and Code provisions. )CEETING OF DEC 1 2 2002 Resolution Pio. : ,02-1.329 s the United States Department of Health and Human Services Center for Disease Control and Prevention, such signs to be installed in eight City parks for a period of six months, and for which the City will receive $300 for each PSA location.
