A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY
ATTORNEY, WITH 3DI MEDIA, INC., FOR THE
INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF
SIGNS FOR INDOOR PUBLIC SERVICE
ANNOUNCEMENTS ("PSAs") FOR THE UNITED STATES
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION,
SUCH SIGNS TO BE INSTALLED IN EIGHT CITY
PARKS FOR A PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS, AND FOR
WHICH THE CITY WILL RECEIVE $300 FOR EACH
PSA LOCATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorizedil to execute
an agreement, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, with
3DI Media, Inc. for the installation, operation and maintenance
of signs for indoor public service announcements ("PSAs") for

the United States Department of Health and Human Services Center
for Disease Control and Prevention, such signs to be installed
in eight City parks for a period of six months, and for which
the City will receive $300 for each PSA location.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.2/

If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become
effective at the end of ten calendar days from the date it was
passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it
shall become effective immediately upon override of the veto by
the City Commission.
