HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-02-1200J-02-957 10/28/02 RESOLUTION NO. 0 2— 1 2 0 0 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPROVING THE ACQUISITION OF ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT AND REMEDIATION SERVICES, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $90,000, FROM EVANS ENVIRONMENTAL & GEOSCIENCES, UNDER EXISTING STATE OF FLORIDA SNAPS II CONTRACT NO. 9731896-3, EFFECTIVE THROUGH MAY 1, 2003, AND SUBJECT TO ANY EXTENSIONS, FOR THE BICENTENNIAL PARK PROJECT; ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 331418, ENTITLED "BICENTENNIAL PARK"; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, FOR SAID PURPOSE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The acquisition of environmental site assessment and remediation services, in an amount not to exceed $90,000, from Evans Environmental & Geosciences, under existing State of Florida SNAPS II Contract No. 9731896-3, effective through May 1, 2003, and subject to any extensions, is approved for the Bicentennial Park Project, wit funds allocated from Capital Improvement Project No. 331418, entitled "Bicentennial Park.". Mi'SSION wmw 6F OCT 2 9 2002 Resr&Awn No. 02-1200 Section 2. The City Manager is authorized!/ to execute the necessary documents, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, for said purpose. Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.2/ PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of October , 2002. EL A.
