A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION
DIRECTING THE COMMUNITY RELATIONS BOARD TO
TOUR AT LEAST FOUR (4) POLLING PRECINCTS IN
EACH MUNICIPAL DISTRICT WITHIN THE CITY OF
MIAMI ON NOVEMBER 5, 2002, CONDUCT AN
INFORMAL SURVEY CONCERNING THE VOTERS'
EXPERIENCE AT THE POLLS, AND REPORT THEIR
FINDINGS TO THE CITY MANAGER; FURTHER
DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO PROVIDE
TRANSPORTATION FOR THE MEMBERS AND STAFF OF
THE COMMUNITY RELATIONS BOARD TO ACCOMPLISH
SUCH TASK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Community Relations Board is directed to
tour at least four (4) polling precincts in each municipal
district within the City of Miami on November 5, 2002, conduct
an informal survey concerning the voters' experience at the
polls, and report their findings to the City Manager.

Section 2. The City Manager is directed to provide
transportation for the members and staff of the Community
Relations Board to accomplish such task.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.'''/

l� If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become
effective at the end of ten calendar days from the date it was
passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it
shall become effective immediately upon override of the veto by
the City Commission.
