A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 01-663, ADOPTED
JULY 10, 2001, ACCEPTING THE BID OF
FLORIDA LEMARK CORPORATION FOR THE
PROJECT ENTITLED "MIAMI POLICE - SOUTH
DISTRICT SUBSTATION - PRECAST CONCRETE
RESTORATION, 3-6370", TO CHANGE THE
FUNDING SOURCE FROM THE GENERAL FUND,
ACCOUNT CODE NO. 001000.290201.6.670 TO
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ACCOUNT CODE
NO. 312025.299301.6.860, AS APPROPRIATED
BY THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS AND CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS ORDINANCES, AS
AMENDED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 01-663, adopted July 10,
2001, is amended in the following particulars:"

Section 2. The total estimated project
costs of $50,150 are allocated from Oenp;caa
Capital Improvement Project Account Code
No. 312025.299301.6.860, as appropriated by the

words and/or figures shall be added. The remaining provisions are now
in effect and remain unchanged. Asterisks indicate omitted and

Annual Appropriations and Capital Improvement
Projects Ordinances, as amended. Total project
costs consist of $43,000 for contract costs and
$7,150 for estimated expenses incurred by the
City.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.2�

Allocation Account
It is respectfully recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached Resolution amending
Resolution No. 01-663, adopted on July 10, 2001, which allocated funds for the project entitled
"Miami Police — South District Substation — Precast Concrete Restoration, 13-6370" to change the
funding allocation from the Police General Operating Fund Account No. 001000.290201.6.670 to
Capital Improvement Project Account Code No. 312030.319301.6.860.
BACKGROUND
The Department of Police advises that this project meets the guidelines to use Capital
Improvement Project funds; therefore, funding allocation should be changed from the General
Operating Fund Account Code No. 001000.290201.6.670 to Capital Improvement Project Account
No. 312030.319301.6.860.
