HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-02-0673J-02-1121 6/13/02 RESOLUTION NO. 02- 673 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, PURSUANT TO CITY CODE SECTIONS 36-6 (A) (1) AND (C) , TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION AT MARGARET PACE PARK BETWEEN 6:00 P.M. AND 8:00 P.M., MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY, UNTIL AUGUST 31, 2002. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Manager is authorized!', pursuant to City Code Sections 36-6 (a)(1) and (c), to permit construction at Margaret Pace Park between 6:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M., Monday through Saturday, until August 31, 2002. Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.V �i The herein authorization is further subject to compliance with all requirements that may be imposed by the City Attorney, including but not limited to those prescribed by applicable City Charter and Code provisions. 21 If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
