A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TRANSFER
FUNDS AT THE TIME OF EXPENDITURE FROM THE
UNALLOCATED FUND BALANCE, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$11.8 MILLION FOR INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT
PROJECTS, AS FOLLOWS: $10 MILLION FOR
PROJECTS APPROVED FOR DISTRICT ONE AND $1.8
MILLION FOR PROJECTS APPROVED FOR DISTRICT
FIVE; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION OF
PROCEEDS FROM THE SANITARY SEWER BOND FUNDS,
IN AN AMOUNT UP TO $750,000, FOR A SANITARY
SEWER PROJECT ON VIRGINIA KEY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to transfer
funds at the time of expenditure from the Unallocated Fund
Balance, in the amount of $11.8 Million for infrastructure
improvement projects, as follows: $10 Million for projects
approved for District One and $1.8 Million for projects approved
for District Five.

Section 2. The application of proceeds from the
Sanitary Sewer Bond Funds, in an amount up to $750,000, is
authorized for a sanitary sewer project on Virginia Key.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.'/

1 If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become
effective at the end of ten calendar days from the date it was
passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall
become effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City
Commission.
