V 2— 554 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TRANSFER FUNDS AT THE TIME OF EXPENDITURE FROM THE UNALLOCATED FUND BALANCE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $11.8 MILLION FOR INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS, AS FOLLOWS: $10 MILLION FOR PROJECTS APPROVED FOR DISTRICT ONE AND $1.8 MILLION FOR PROJECTS APPROVED FOR DISTRICT FIVE; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION OF PROCEEDS FROM THE SANITARY SEWER BOND FUNDS, IN AN AMOUNT UP TO $750,000, FOR A SANITARY SEWER PROJECT ON VIRGINIA KEY. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to transfer funds at the time of expenditure from the Unallocated Fund Balance, in the amount of $11.8 Million for infrastructure improvement projects, as follows: $10 Million for projects approved for District One and $1.8 Million for projects approved for District Five. The application of proceeds from the Sanitary Sewer Bond Funds, in an amount up to $750,000, is authorized for a sanitary sewer project on Virginia Key. Section 3.
