HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-02-0415J-02-124 4/11/02 RESOLUTION NO. 0 2 _ 415 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION RATIFYING, APPROVING AND CONFIRMING THE SALARY AND BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED BY CITY CLERK PRISCILLA A. THOMPSON. WHEREAS, on March 7, 2002, pursuant to Resolution No. 02-209, Priscilla A. Thompson was elected and appointed as City Clerk of the City of Miami; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. The salary and benefits to be received by Priscilla A. Thompson as City Clerk are set forth, ratified, approved and confirmed as follows: Compensation An annual salary of $97,350 Salary Increase 5% effective March 7, 2003 Cost of Living Allowance The same, if any, as that granted pursuant to the general employees collective bargaining agreement CITY COIMI§SION MEETING bF APR 1 'S 2002 $®so]ugen No. 02- 415; Health Care Plan Life Insurance Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Pension Plan Deferred Compensation Sick Time Paid Holidays Vacation Personal Days Family Leave Death in Family Terminal Leave Pay Cellular Phone Other Equipment Car and Expense Allowance The same benefits as that granted to all Executive Employees Section 3.
