Section 2. The representatives of the four City of Miami's employees certified collective bargaining organizations are requested to assist in said analysis. Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to transmit a copy of this Resolution to the Presidents of the Florida Public Employees, Council 79, AFSCME Local 871, Miami General Employees, American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Local 1907, AFL-CIO, the Fraternal Order of Police, Walter E.
