BACKGROUND The Police Department is requesting an increase in the contract to furnish and install carpet and tile, at the Headquarters Building. During the installation of the carpet it became necessary to address areas not covered in the initial bid. This included the installation of tile in the Property Unit area, and carpeting in the Gym, as well as, offices located on the fifth floor.
