against him. After hearing the facts of
the case, the Board decided, by a (4-1)
vote that Lt. Croughwell receive a
reprimand only in lieu of the 80 -hour
suspension.

• Conducted 1 Civil Service Board Workshop to a group of 30 Fire Fighters
• One (1) employee served as a monitor for an interview process as outlined in APM 3-92
• One (1) employee served as an interview rater as outlined in APM 3-92
• Developed/ Designed Manual of Procedures for Conducting Employee Hearings
• Conducted 12 Orientation Sessions for 142 new City employees
• Responded to 132 inquiries from City employee, attorneys, and outside agencies
