RE: City Commission Meeting September 26, 2002 at Lyric Theatre
The City Commission Meeting of September 26, 2002 will be at the Lyric Theatre,
819 N.W. 2nd Avenue. I am advised by the City Attorney that because the meeting
location can be changed only by Resolution of the City Commission, passed at least
thirty (30) days before the meeting under City Code Section 2-32, the change of location
for the meeting -and for the public hearing items to Booker T. Washington Junior High
advertised through various media on Sunday and Monday September 15 and 16 will be
re -noticed as soon as possible. Also, the locations at Booker T. Washington and at City
Hall will be posted with directions to Lyric Theatre. Directions have been given to
notify persons of record on the Planning and Zoning items of the correct location.
