(BAYSIDE MARKETPLACE) Tba language of Lire charter was (which was voted by the citizen of Dade County) clearty structurvd to prevent abuse of minority tenants of which I am one. It is the duty of this administration to see to it that this tenant (ROUSE) of this lease public land (BAYSIDE) adhere to the charter. It is quite disheartening that I have made so many trips to the city of Miami over these several rmnths, seeking help. From the mayors office to each commission office. I have worked in this community now for over twenty five years. 1 have providing revenue to Ellis county and state. t have provided jobs to hundreds of families in this Dade County and now that I need help to provide for (Try family It seems that no one is available: to help me evim trough the charter provides the tools with which THIS BODY CAN ASSIST ME AND MY FAMILY.
