• Scheduled 10 cases consisting of 6 appeal hearings, 3 grievance hearings, and 1 Show -Cause hearing
• Conducted 1 Civil Service Board Workshop to a group of 30 Fire Fighters
• One (1) employee served as an interview rater as outlined in APIA 3-92
• Developed/ Designed Manual of Procedures for Conducting Employee Hearings
• Conducted 12 Orientation Sessions for 142 new City employees
• Responded to 125 inquiries from City employee, attorneys, and outside agencies
