Board's finding of an abuse of power.
Lt. Croughwell was called before the
Board to show cause why the 80 -hour
suspension should not be imposed
against him. After hearing the facts of
the case, the Board decided, by a (4-1)
vote that Lt. Croughwell receive a
reprimand only in lieu of the 80 -hour
suspension.

• Responded to 115 inquiries from City employee, attorneys, and outside agencies
