A presentation of the FEC Corridor Strategic Redevelopment Plan is scheduled on the
City Commission meeting of June 13th, 2002, at 10:30 a.m., duly advertised as a Public
Hearing.
Following the presentation, a series of resolutions related to adoption of the plan and
major implementation initiatives will be presented to the City Commission for
consideration.

It is respectfully requested that the presentation of the FEC Corridor Strategic
Redevelopment Plan scheduled on the City Commission meeting of June 13th, 2002, at
10:30 a.m., be advertised as a Public Hearing.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC OF PUBLIC HEARING
FEC CORRIDOR STRATEGIC REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
A public hearing will be held by the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on
Thursday, June 13`x', 2002 at 10:30 am in the City Commission Chambers at City
Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of presenting a
Strategic Redevelopment Plan for the Florida East Coast (FEC) Railroad Corridor
to serve as a guiding tool for the future redevelopment and preservation of the
corridor. Following the presentation, adoption and implementation of said plan
will be considered. Major implementation initiatives proposed in the plan address
transportation, streetscapes and open space, housing, planning and zoning, historic
preservation and conservation, economic development, and funding.
All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning this
item. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission
with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that
a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and
evidence upon which any appeal may be based.
