AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED,
THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN BY CHANGING
THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 5973, 5995, 6009,
6021, AND 6031 NORTHEAST 5TH AVENUE; 5990
NORTHEAST 5TH COURT AND 525, 551, 557, 592
NORTHEAST 60TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM
"MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL"
AND "OFFICE" TO "MAJOR INSTITUTIONAL,
PUBLIC FACILITIES, TRANSPORTATION AND
UTILITIES"; MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING
TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES;
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A
