Construction Debris Permit for the next Commission meeting on April 11, 2001.

SOLID WASTE SURCHARGE
MODIFICATIONS
• Eliminate the fee from specialty permits (commercial and residential), such as: awnings,
sheds, windows, doors, shutters, floor coverings, storefronts, fences, driveways, and
building roofing.
• Reduce the fee for residential building permits from 2% to $0.20 per $100 cost of
construction.
• Modify the maximum fee paid by commercial building permits as follows:
Permits with estimated cost of construction under $1,000,000 will change from
$2500/$3500 to $5,000.
Permits with estimated cost of construction over $1,000,000 will change from
$2500/$3500 to $10,000.
