LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 5590 NO THWES x
STREET AND 5594 NORTHWE T 6TH R ET,
MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "MAJOR STIT T ONAL,
PUBLIC FACILITIES, TRANS ORTATIO AND
UTILITIES" TO "GENERAL COMMS CIAL"; MAKING
FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRAN ITTA TO
AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A EPEALER
PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY C USE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY COMM SI OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:

1989-2000, is amer��\hy1c`7 anging the land use designation from
"Major Institutional,"Public Facilities, Transportation, and
Utilities' to "General Commercial" for the properties located at
approxi tely 55 0 Northwest 7th Street and 5594 Northwest 6th
Stret, Miami Florida, more particularly described as the
Westerly Feet of Lot 20 & all of Lots 21 through 25
