Gimenez REFERENCES City Manager ENCLOSURES: As you are aware, the Commission approved the new Bus Bench Agreement with Sarmiento at the regular Commission meeting of December 13, 2001 (Item 33). During the discussion of this item, the Commission directed the Administration to do the following: 1. Hold neighborhood workshops to discuss the contract and gather feedback from the residents concerning the advertising component prior to the January 10, 2002 Commission meeting. 2. Schedule a Public Hearing for the January 10, 2002, Regular Commission meeting to allow discussion concerning the advertising component of the new Bus Bench Agreement for the Commission to receive input and then give direction to the Administration as deemed appropriate.
