WHEREAS, the Overtown Advisory Board Election scheduled for July 21, 2003 was not held because six candidates qualified for six seats, thereby making said candidates unopposed and declared to be winners. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Commission hereby confirms the appointment of the following individuals as members of the Overtown Advisory Board, four of said members to serve a term of two years which will expire on September 14, 2005 and two of said members to serve unexpired terms of one year, which will expire on September 14, 2004: Charles J. Flowers Dorothy W. Graham Lawrence Kenchen G. Leroy Lloyd, III Barbara K. Loyd Irby McKnight City Commission Meeting of September 11, 2003 Resolution Number 03-954 Section 2. The terms of the above listed individuals shall be determined by lot drawn by the six individuals named in Section 1 at the first meeting the Overtown Advisory Board holds after the adoption of this Resolution by the City of Miami Commission. An election was scheduled for July 21, 2003 for six seats on the OAB, four seats had terms which will expire on September 14, 2003 and two seats were for members who had exceeded the number of absences allowed per City Code. The election was cancelled because six individuals qualified as candidates for six seats. Said candidates, listed below, were unopposed and are thereby declared winners: ■ Charles J.
