BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The removal and proper disposal of waste oil and other oil contaminants at various City facilities from Petroleum Management, Inc., for various user departments and agencies on a contract basis for two years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods, is approved, with funds, allocated from the Operating Budgets of the various user departments and agencies, subject to budgetary approval. Allocating funds therefore from the Operating Budgets of the various user City departments, authorizing said purchases, as needed, subject to availability of funds BACKGROUND The Department of Purchasing has analyzed the bids received on July 14, 2003. Pursuant to Bid No. 02-03-178, twenty-eight (28) Invitation for Bids were mailed and Two (2) responses were received.
