RESOLUTION NO . 03— 736
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION,
WITH ATTACHMENT(S), RATIFYING, APPROVING,
CONFIRMING AND AUTHORIZING THE SALARY AND
BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED BY INDEPENDENT
AUDITOR GENERAL VICTOR I. IGWE.
WHEREAS, on April 10, 2003, pursuant to Resolution
No. 03-342 the City Commission appointed Victor I. Igwe to the
position of Independent Auditor General of the City of Miami,
Florida, for a four year period, commencing May 1, 2003; and
WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City Commission to
ratify, approve and confirm Victor I. Igwe's salary and benefit
package for his services as Independent Auditor General; and
WHEREAS, the benefits and compensation package attached
specifically refers to terms and conditions defined in
accordance with established City of Miami policy as set forth by
the Department of Employee Relations;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the
Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by reference and
incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The salary and benefits to be received by
Independent Auditor General Victor I. Igwe, listed on
"Attachment No. 1", attached and incorporated, are ratified,
approved, confirmed and authorized.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.11
1� If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution it shall become
effective at the end of ten calendar days from the date it was
passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it
shall become effective immediately upon override of the veto by
the City Commission.
