Thompson (#11053) Secretaria Municipal CIUDAD DE MIAMI, FLORIDA "M AVISO DE AUDIENCIA PUBLICA La Junta de Comisionados de la Ciudad de Miami, Florida, celebrara una audiencia publica el miercoles 25 de junio del 2003, a las 9:00 a.m., en los Salones de la Junta de Comisionados de la Ciudad de Miami, Florida, con el objeto de considerar la siguiente resoluci6n: Una resoluci6n de. la Junta de Comisionados de la Ciudad de Miami, autorizando all administrador de la, Ciudad a ejecutar un Derecho de Servidumbre (Grant of Easement) en Watson Island, situado aproximadamente en el 1111 de Parrot Jungle Trail, en forma tal que resulte aceptable al abogado de la Ciudad, a BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., una corporaci6n de Georgia ("BellSouth"), constando de aproximadamente 7659.80 pies cuadrados, (una franja de diez (10) pies de ancho, segun se describe en Exhibit "A", por un derecho perpetuo, no exclu- sivo en la propiedad, para construir, operar, man- tener, anadir y/o remover tales sistemas de comunicaciones, instalaciones, generadores del tipo "Stand-by" y sistemas de suministro de com- bustibles relacionados, para el fin de mantener ser- vicio comercial ininterumpido durante fallas del servicio el6ctrico "power outages". Como condition especial del citado derecho de servidumbre, todo el alambrado, los cables o conductos deberan ser soterrados. Mas aun, el mencionado derecho debera contener una provision mediante la cual, si fuera abandonado ese derecho, el mismo cesara de tener vigencia y revertira a la Ciudad. Se invita a comparecer y ser oidas a todas las personas iniere- sadas en este asunto. Si alguna persona deseara apelar cualquier decisi6n de la Junta de Comisionados en relaci6n con cualquier asunto considerado en esta audiencia, dicha persona debera asegurarse de que se produzca una trans- cripci6n literal de todas las actuaciones, incluyendo todos los testimonios y evidencias que pudieran servir de fundamento a dicha apelaci6n.
