Pursuant to 4(g)(5) of the Charter, the City Clerk is directed to place any item(s) vetoed by the
Mayor, together with veto forms (including Mayor's veto and veto message), on the next
regularly scheduled Commission agenda as the first substantive item(s) for Commission
consideration.
The deadline for possible mayoral veto action regarding items acted upon at the Commission
Meeting of Thursday, May 22, 2003, was Monday, June 2, 2003, on or before 4:30 p.m. .This
office did not receive any legislative items to be vetoed from said meeting.
