public hearing` will be held by the Commission of the City of,
Miami, Florida, on June 12, 2003, at 9.00 a.m., in the City Commission
Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the
purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining seated bids for the
acquisition of the unique services of the "Adopt a Waterway" Program
from ADOPT-A,WATERWAYO LLC for pubic education and environmental
education of the general public and protection of the waterfront, including
the Miami River, navigable canals, and Biscayne Bay.

to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact the Department

AN interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard conoeming
